Headquarters City: Chattanooga, TN Territory: The counties of DeKalb and Jackson in Alabama, the counties of Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Murray, Walker and Whitfield in Georgia, and the counties of Bledsoe, Bradley, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea, Sequatchie and Van Buren in Tennessee.
