Territory: The counties of Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Monroe, Noble, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne in Ohio, and the counties of Lawrence and Mercer in Pennsylvania.
