Organized: 1966. Renamed from the Camden-Hartsville Group. Changed to a Section in 1979. Headquarters City: Hartsville, SC. Territory: The county of Scotland in North Carolina, and the counties of Chester, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Dillon, Fairfield, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Sumter, and Williamsburg in South Carolina.
